Where the proposed fund trades commodity interests, including futures, options on futures, swaps or relevant digital asset derivatives, provide details of its US nexus, investment manager, operator and proposed CFTC registration exemption or exclusion. This is a preliminary assessment, not a determination of regulatory status.
