Where a suitable investment management entity is not yet established, provide the proposed Cayman or BVI entity details, regulatory permissions, ownership, governance and banking requirements. This can be coordinated in parallel with a CV5 fund launch.

Submit to CV5 Capital
Once complete, select Submit to CV5 within the questionnaire. Your responses will be sent to CV5 for an initial assessment of fund structure and operational suitability.
